1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on the following products within 30 days of purchase:

  • Fiberglass Products
  • Garden Handy Helpers
  • Glass Decor Outdoor

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at admin@slyvor.xyz with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using the provided return label. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges unless the return was due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@slyvor.xyz. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
